The Group owes its strength to the skilled and dedicated workforce and the adherence to controlled processes certified by the multiple compliance and ethics certifications possessed by the Group.

    Our existing and past clientele is diverse due to the vast range of knit products that we have the ability to manufacture with excellent product development, minimal lead times and high quality levels. These clients include the high fashion brands and value retailers contributing to a strong product mix ensuring stability for our organization and our workforce.

    The Group dedication to lawful, humane and ethical manufacturing has been certified by the Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP) organisation which evaluates us on many areas of compliance regarding labour laws, forced labour, child labour, discrimination, hours of work, health and safety, freedom of association and collective bargaining, environmental concern, customs compliance and security.
    ISO 9001
    The Group is ISO 9001 certified ensuring all key processes are procedure driven, persistently monitored, with comprehensive documentation, defect monitoring and the systems themselves are regularly monitored for effectiveness facilitating continual improvement.
    Garments Without Guilt
    The Group was a pioneer of the principle of strictly disallowing children being in the apparel industry by being the first Sri Lankan Apparel manufacturer to be certified with the prestigious ethical certification of being a Garments Without Guilt manufacturer.
    This certification focuses on ethical manufacture and sustainable development assuring the organisation's commitment to ethical working conditions, free of child labour, free of forced labour, free of discrimination and free of sweatshop practices

    Health and safety of our workforce and staff are of critical importance in this certification where the following criteria is evaluated; employment freely chosen, freedom of association, safety and hygienic conditions, child labour, wages and benefit, working hours, discrimination, regular employments, harsh or inhumane treatments.
    C-TPAT - Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism
    This certification is to ensure security of goods and persons throughout the Value Chain, including container security, access controls, personnel security, procedural security, security training and threat awareness, physical and information technology security.
    This stringent certification ensures that orders performed by the Group are secure through physical, procedural and other audited points, reassuring the safety of our organisation and our workforce.
