The Group is ISO 9001 certified ensuring all key processes are procedure driven, persistently monitored, with comprehensive documentation, defect monitoring and the systems themselves are regularly monitored for effectiveness facilitating continual improvement.

The Group was a pioneer of the principle of strictly disallowing children being in the apparel industry by being the first Sri Lankan Apparel manufacturer to be certified with the prestigious ethical certification of being a Garments Without Guilt manufacturer.

Health and safety of our workforce and staff are of critical importance in this certification where the following criteria is evaluated; employment freely chosen, freedom of association, safety and hygienic conditions, child labour, wages and benefit, working hours, discrimination, regular employments, harsh or inhumane treatments.
